Description

Xi Xin Tang (Heart-Washing Decoction), from Records of Syndrome Differentiations (Bian Zheng Lu).

Actions: Resolve constraint and expel phlegm, fortify the spleen, and unblock yang

Indications: Indicated for the treatment of dementia with a pattern of liver constraint and qi stagnation, obstruction, and accumulation of phlegm-turbidity, accompanied by uttering not a single word from morning till night, no desire to drink and eat, sudden singing sudden smiling, regardless of cleaning and dirtiness, and not distinguishing close and distant (relatives)
