Description
Shi Liu Wei Liu Qi Yin (Sixteen-Ingredient Decoction to Flow Qi), from the Wan Bing Hui Chun (Restoration of Health from the Myriad Diseases) by Gong Ting-Xian.
Actions: Tonifies qi and blood; Activates qi and blood circulation; Disperses stagnation and drains pus.
Presentation: Nodules and hardness due to qi, blood, and phlegm stagnation: nodules and hardness in various parts of the body, such as the neck, breast, and abdominal region.
Note: the book also describes a formula of the same name from Yi Xue Ru Men (p. 1361). This record follows the Wan Bing Hui Chun version.
