Description
Jing Jie Lian Qiao Tang (Schizonepeta and Forsythia Decoction), from the Wan Bing Hui Chun (Restoration of Health from the Myriad Diseases) by Gong Ting-Xian.
Actions: Releases wind-heat from the exterior; Dispels heat, fire, and toxins.
Presentation: Suppuration of the ears and nose due to wind-heat attacking the upper jiao: swelling, inflammation and infection of the ears and nose, abscess and suppuration of the affected area, dark brown discoloration of the skin, perspiration and an oily feeling on the palms and soles, and abdominal rigidity.
