Overview

Pathogen lodged between exterior and interior. Tagged Exterior because it still has an exterior pole (alternating chills). It is not a pure interior organ pattern.

Differentiate from

  • Tai Yang (floating pulse, more chills)
  • Yang Ming (high continuous fever, flooding pulse)

Treatment Principle

Harmonize Shao Yang.

Representative formulas. Xiao Chai Hu Tang; Hao Qin Qing Dan Tang if Damp-Heat is stronger.
