Description

Wen Jing Tang (Warm the Menses Decoction) is the classical formula for deficiency-Cold of the Chong and Ren channels causing gynecological disorders. It simultaneously warms the channels, nourishes Blood, and dispels stasis — addressing the complex pathology of Cold obstructing Blood flow in a deficient patient. It is indicated when there is both Cold and Deficiency with concurrent Blood stasis and heat signs.

Preparation

Decoct all herbs in water 30–35 minutes. Take warm, ideally on empty stomach.

Dosage

Decoction: 1 dose/day in 2 doses taken warm. For fertility, use consistently through cycle.
