Presentation: Summer-heat at the exterior with constitutional deficiency: steaming sensations of the skin, heavy head, heaviness and fatigue of the extremities and body, headache, irritability, thirst, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness; possibly perspiration with a deficient pulse.
