Description

Jie Gan Jian (Resolve the Liver Decoction), from Collected Treatises of [Zhang] Jing-Yue (1624).

Associated formula of Nuan Gan Jian.

Actions: Smoothes the movement of qi; Harmonizes the middle burner; Transforms dampness; Calms the fetus

Usage: For Liver constraint and qi stagnation with fullness, distention and pain in chest and flanks, diarrhea, or restless fetus; resolves Liver constraint by regulating the middle burner (earth excess constraining wood).
