Description

He Che Wan Fang (Placenta Pill Formula), from the Yi Xue Xin Wu (Medical Revelations) by Cheng Guo-Peng — a variation of Ding Xian Wan.

Actions: Tonifies the Kidney; Nourishes the Heart; Strengthens the Spleen.

Presentation: Used after seizures/epilepsy have been treated with Ding Xian Wan, to prevent recurrence.

Cautions:

  • Human placenta is generally not used; pig or cattle placenta is substituted
