Shi Wei Di Huang Wan (Ten-Ingredient Pill with Rehmannia), from the Tian Jin Zhong Yi Xue Yuan (Tianjin University of Chinese Medicine) — a variation of Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan.

Actions: Tonifies Liver and Kidney yin; Clears deficiency heat.
