Description

Xin Jia San Ao Tang (Newly Augmented Three-Unbinding Decoction), from Revised Popular Guide to the Discussion of Cold Damage (Qing dynasty).

Associated formula of Ma Huang Tang.

Usage: Yu Gen-Chu's milder variant for greater yang cold damage with pronounced Lung signs (wheezing, hacking cough, copious thin white phlegm) against constitutional phlegm-dampness; suited to children and weak patients.
