Description
Fu Tu Dan (Poria and Cuscuta Special Pill), from the Tai Ping Hui Min He Ji Ju Fang (Imperial Grace Formulary of the Tai Ping Era) by Imperial Medical Department.
Actions: Strengthens the Spleen and drains dampness; Tonifies the Kidney and stabilizes the jing (essence); Benefits the Heart and calms the shen (spirit).
Presentation: Disharmony of the Heart and Kidney: spermatorrhea, premature ejaculation, white, turbid urine, increased volume of urine, thirst, increased food intake, and restlessness.

Preparation
Powder all but Shan Yao; cook 180g powdered Shan Yao in grain liquor to a thick paste; mix into pills the size of Wu Tong Zi (about 5 mm). Take 30-50 pills on an empty stomach with rice water or lightly salted water.
