Description

Gan Lu Yin (Sweet Dew Decoction), from the Tai Ping Hui Min He Ji Ju Fang (Imperial Grace Formulary of the Tai Ping Era) by Imperial Medical Department.

Actions: Clears damp-heat; Nourishes yin.

Presentation: Damp-heat in the Spleen and Stomach: swelling, inflammation and suppuration in the gums, tongue and throat, sore throat with inflammation and pain, stomatitis, ulcerations of the tongue, and toothache. Jaundice with edema, fever, constipation, and dysuria.

Preparation

Grind equal amounts coarsely; cook 6g of powder in 1 bowl of water down to 80%; take warm after meals. For loose teeth or swollen gums, swish and swallow.
