Location

On the ulnar side of the ring finger, at the midpoint of the middle phalanx, at the border between red and white flesh.

⚠ Cautions: Needle the ring finger only; Tung's texts warn against needling this point together with Fu Ke on the same visit in some protocols.

Clinical Notes

The best-known Tung point in gynaecology. Its name — returning to the nest — records its use for helping a pregnancy establish. Usually needled with Fu Ke (T.11.24).
