Location
On the chest, in the fourth intercostal space, 1 cun lateral to the nipple, 5 cun lateral to the anterior midline.

Depth:
0.2–0.4 cun
Angle:
Oblique or transverse
⚠ Cautions: Do not needle perpendicularly or deeply — pneumothorax risk.
