On the palmar aspect of the forearm, on the line connecting LU5 and LU9, 7 cun proximal to the wrist crease.
How to locate: Midway between LU5 and LU9, then a little proximal — 7 cun above the wrist crease on a 12 cun forearm.

As the Xi-Cleft of the Lung it is the point for acute and for bleeding presentations — the two classical indications of a Xi-Cleft point on a yin channel. Its use for bleeding haemorrhoids follows the Lung–Large Intestine interior–exterior pairing.
