Location

On the lower abdomen, 5 cun below the umbilicus, 0.5 cun lateral to the anterior midline, at the upper border of the pubic symphysis.

How to locate: With the patient supine, find the upper border of the pubic symphysis near the midline. The point is just above its bony edge, 0.5 cun lateral to the midline, level with CV2.
