Location

On the lower back, 3 cun lateral to the lower border of the spinous process of L4.

How to locate: With the patient prone, find the spinous process of L4 on the line joining the iliac crests; the point is 3 cun lateral to its lower border, 0.5 cun medial to EX-B7.
