Location
On the lateral side of the foot, in the depression distal and inferior to the tuberosity of the fifth metatarsal bone, at the border between red and white flesh.
How to locate: Run a finger along the outer edge of the foot at the border of the sole; about halfway along, a bony bump marks the tuberosity of the fifth metatarsal. The point is in the depression just distal to it, at the red and white flesh border.
