Description
Yan Hu Suo San (Corydalis Powder), from the Ji Sheng Fang (Formulas to Aid the Living) by Yan Yong-He — a variation of Jin Ling Zi San.
Actions: Activates qi and blood circulation; Regulates menstruation; Relieves pain.
Presentation: Menstrual pain from qi and blood stagnation, with abdominal pain radiating to the lower back or ribs; also painful menstruation with emotional disturbance.
Composition: Batch quantities for a coarse powder; 12g of powder is decocted per dose with 7 slices of Sheng Jiang.
