Description

Duo Ming Wan (Life-Taking Pill), from the Fu Ren Liang Fang (Fine Formulas for Women) by Chen Zi-Ming — a variation of Gui Zhi Fu Ling Wan.

Presentation: Deceased fetus retained in the uterus with 'fetus arresting the Heart' syndrome: extremely stuffy chest, spontaneous cold sweating, rapid and difficult breathing (acute, serious condition).

Composition: Same ingredients as Gui Zhi Fu Ling Wan but in larger doses; no doses printed.

Preparation

Source text: pills; take 1 pill the size of a large bullet with vinegar per dose, for two consecutive doses. Vinegar constricts to relieve sweating and softens stagnation to help expel the dead fetus.
