Location
On the dorsum of the foot, between the first and second metatarsal bones, in the depression at the junction of the two bones — corresponding closely to LV3, needled slightly more proximally against the bone.

0.5–1.0 cun
Angle:
Perpendicular, angled proximally against the bone
⚠ Cautions: Contraindicated in pregnancy.
