Location

On the groin, at the inguinal crease, lateral to the femoral artery, level with the upper border of the pubic symphysis (CV2), 3.5 cun lateral to the anterior midline.

How to locate: From the upper border of the pubic symphysis (CV2) measure 3.5 cun laterally along the inguinal crease to the femoral pulse; the point is in the depression just lateral to the artery.
