Location
On the shoulder, in the depression between the acromial extremity of the clavicle and the scapular spine.
Regional anatomy: The apex of the lung lies deep and medial to this point.
Needling
Depth:
0.5–0.8 cun
Angle:
Perpendicular or slightly posterior
⚠ Cautions: Do not needle deeply or medially — risk of pneumothorax.
