Location

On the dorsum of the foot, between the fourth and fifth metatarsal bones, in the depression proximal to the fourth metatarsophalangeal joint.

How to locate: Slide from the web between the fourth and fifth toes along the groove between the metatarsals; the point is in the first depression proximal to the fourth metatarsophalangeal joint, medial to the extensor tendon to the little toe.
