Location

Four points on the palmar surface of each hand, at the midpoints of the transverse creases of the proximal interphalangeal joints of the index, middle, ring and little fingers.

How to locate: With the palm up and the fingers extended, find the crease of the proximal interphalangeal joint on the index, middle, ring and little fingers; each point is at the midpoint of the crease.
