Location
On the anterior lower leg, about 2 cun below ST36, at the point of maximum tenderness on palpation.
Needling
Depth:
1.0–1.5 cun
Angle:
Perpendicular, with strong stimulation
⚠ Cautions: Acute appendicitis is a surgical emergency. This point may be used for pain relief and as an adjunct, but must never replace urgent surgical assessment.

Indications

Clinical Notes
Like Dannangxue, a reflex point located by tenderness — usually exquisitely tender on the right in acute appendicitis.
