Location
On the lateral lower leg, 1 to 2 cun below GB34, at the point of maximum tenderness on palpation.
How to locate: Palpate below GB34 for the most tender spot; the point is located by tenderness, not by measurement alone.

Depth:
1.0–1.5 cun
Angle:
Perpendicular, with strong stimulation

Acute and chronic cholecystitisgallstones and biliary colichypochondriac painbiliary ascariasisnausea with a bitter taste
Clinical Notes
A reflex point that becomes markedly tender in gallbladder disease, which makes it diagnostic as well as therapeutic.
