Depth:
0.5–1.0 cun
Angle:
Directed slowly along the orbital floor toward the optic foramen, with the eyeball pushed gently upward
⚠ Cautions: High-risk point requiring specific training. Do not lift, thrust or rotate; withdraw slowly and press for a full minute. Haematoma is common.
