On the lateral side of the foot, in the depression posterior and inferior to the tuberosity of the fifth metatarsal bone.

Indications
Acute low back painchildhood convulsions and epilepsyheadachepain and swelling of the lateral footdeafness
Clinical Notes
As the Xi-Cleft of the Bladder it is a strong point for acute lumbar sprain, often used with BL40 in the same treatment.
