Description

Sheng Yang San Huo Tang (Raise the Yang and Disperse the Fire Decoction), from the Nei Wai Shang Bian Huo Lun (Clarifying Doubts about Injury from Internal and External Causes) by Li Gao.

Actions: Raises yang qi; Disperses stagnant heat and fire.

Presentation: Cold obstruction and diversion of yang qi: heaviness and warmth in the extremities, skin warm or hot to the touch.

Cautions:

  • Avoid cold foods and beverages while taking it.
