Description

Qiao He Tang (Forsythia and Mint Decoction), from the Wen Bing Tiao Bian (Systematic Differentiation of Warm Disease) by Wu Ju-Tong — a variation of Sang Xing Tang.

Actions: Clears heat and dryness from the qi level in the upper jiao.

Presentation: Heat and dryness attacking the upper body: tinnitus, red eyes, swollen gums, and sore throat.

Preparation

Cook in 2 cups of water down to 1 cup; take strained, warm, twice daily (three times in severe cases).
