Description
Jian Bu Wan (Walk-Fortifying Pill), from Chinese Pharmacopoeia (Zhong Hua Ren Min Gong He Guo Yao Dian).
Actions: Supplement the liver and kidney, and strengthen the sinews and bones
Indications: Indicated for the treatment of liver-kidney insufficiency, accompanied by soreness and weakness of the waist and knees, weak or flaccid lower limbs, gait difficulty, numbness of the muscles, and dry and lusterless skin

Preparation
Wash Musculus Ovis ( yang rou ) clean, remove tendons, aponeurosis and greases, and boil out it with yellow wine 40 g and water, mix with other medicinals, dry, and grind into fine powder; mix each 100 g with Fructus Oryzae Glutinosae ( nuo mi ) 5–10 g and appropriate amount of water, make into paste pills, then dry. Take orally, 9 g each time, 2 times a day
