Usage: For wind-warmth turned to fire that has entered the Heart channel by adverse transmission, with extreme blood-level heat but deficient Heart spirit (impaired consciousness, drunk-like appearance, red eyes, burnt lips, blood in urine, dry red tongue with crimson tip, thin rapid left pulse).

Preparation
Decoction; Benefit the Primal Powder is wrapped in cloth and cooked with the rest. The source text has 1.5g powdered Rhinocerotis Cornu (xi jiao) taken with the decoction.
